Impact on your TEST account:

The TEST environment will be unavailable for 20 seconds during the maintenance.

We have performed testing on our internal system to ensure that the planned maintenance can be completed within the proposed timeframe.

During the update our team of experts will also monitor all processes closely to ensure that the maintenance is correctly completed and any resulting issues are immediately addressed.

To minimize the impact on your business, all updates are always performed during off-peak time frames.

Resolved - Please be informed about a synchronization issue that took place between 08/11/2024 at 10:00 until 14/11/2024 at 17:35 CET, affecting Omnichannel customers in PREPRODUCTION environment. As a result, customers could experience a delay in viewing transactions.

We confirm that the situation is back to normal operating conditions and as of 14/11/2024 17:35 CET and transactions are displayed as usual.

We also confirm that there has been no impact in the PRODUCTION environment.
