Update of our PRODUCTION database 04/12/2025 Dec 4, 2025 05:30-06:30 CET

In order to provide you with a secure, reliable and innovative online payment platform we must periodically update our test and production environments.

Therefore, we plan an update of our PRODUCTION database on 04/12/2025, between 05:30 and 06:30 CET.

Impact on your PRODUCTION account:

The PRODUCTION environment will be unavailable for 20 seconds during the maintenance.

We have performed testing on our internal system to ensure that the planned maintenance can be completed within the proposed timeframe

During the update our team of experts will also monitor all processes closely to ensure that the maintenance is correctly completed and any resulting issues are immediately addressed.

To minimize the impact on your business, all updates are always performed during off-peak time frames.

Resolved - Please be informed that a perturbation impacting 3-D Secure authentication occurred on 02/12/2025 between 14:11 and 16:18 CET.

As a result, during this time frame, some of your customers may have received an error message and their transaction treated by may have ended in a status 0 (incomplete/invalid).

Depending on your account configuration:
- your customers may have returned to the previous page to reattempt the payment with a different payment method or
- the transaction may have been processed without 3-D Secure.

Identified - We would like to inform you about an ongoing technical issue impacting 3-D Secure authentication as from 14:11 CET (02/12/2025).

This issue results in a number of transactions receiving a status 0 (Incomplete/invalid) or status 2 (Authorisation declined) due to the impossibility of performing a 3-D Secure check.

A dedicated team has been deployed to investigate the situation as a matter of urgency. An update will be provided shortly.
