Update - We are happy to confirm that the new release (4.154) is now available in the TEST environment.

We advise you to try out the new functionalities in your Worldline TEST account before we publish the updates in PRODUCTION on Wednesday 08/02/2023.

All these updates and additional functionalities are made available to you automatically and free of charge in the TEST environment.

Scheduled - To provide our customers with new features, Worldline constantly invests in the capacity and functionalities of its payment platform.

On Wednesday 25/01/2023 there will be a new release 4.154 available in the TEST environment.

As of this day, this release will be available for testing purposes in our TEST environment before being moved to our PRODUCTION environment at a later stage. A detailed description of these new release functionalities will be available on our Support Site (https://epayments-support.ingenico.com/en/news/changelog) on the day of the TEST release (25/01/2023).

We encourage all our customers to read the release notes and to test all new functionalities.
You can test these in the TEST environment using your TEST account. At this stage, no changes are being done to the PRODUCTION environment and no live transactions will be affected.

We are planning to move this new release to production on Wednesday 08/02/2023.

In order to provide you with a secure, reliable and innovative online payment platform we must periodically update our test and production environments.

Please be informed that an update will take place to the TEST & Archives databases on Thursday 09/02/2023, between 05:30 and 06:30 CET.

Impact on your TEST account:

The TEST environment and the archives database will be unavailable for 20 seconds during the maintenance.

We have performed testing on our internal system to ensure that the planned maintenance can be completed within the proposed timeframe.

During the update our team of experts will also monitor all processes closely to ensure that the maintenance is correctly completed and any resulting issues are immediately addressed.

To minimize the impact on your business, all updates are always performed during off-peak time frames.

We apologise for any inconvenience resulting from the timing of this update

Resolved - We wish to inform you that your customers might have experienced time-outs or higher than expected latency for processing transactions between 13:12 and 13:17 CET. However, all transactions that were not subject to a time-out were processed and have correct statuses.

Since 13:17 CET, the service has been restored to normal.

We also confirm that the issue has an external root cause and responsibility (independent of Worldline).
