Please be informed that due to an external technical issue, some of your customers might have been unable to make payments online via TWINT between 11:55 and 12:33 CET today (17/01/2023).

We confirm that as of 12:33 CET, normal service has been resumed and your customers will now be able to make payments as expected.

We also confirm that the issue has an external responsibility (independent of Worldline).
